Futura - Electronic Allocator
The patented metering procedure makes the Brunata Futura allocator the world’s most accurate heat consumption allocator. This guarantees that all absorption and emission of heating energy is measured correctly - recording only heat emission generated by the central heating system as consumption for billing purposes.
According to convention, external heating sources should not be measured
Following conventional thinking - as set up by the EN 834-standard - thermal influence from sunlight, stoves or other external heating sources should not be measured. Accordingly, all other electronic allocators than the Brunata Futura operate on the basis of temperature limits or threshold temperatures which set an average starting limit for registration.
Accuracy of metering and recording
Although the use of temperature limits may seem very sensible, this may not be fair or accurate as important energy consumption remains unrecorded or unmetered. For instance in low temperature-systems, where rather much energy is emitted at low temperatures due to large radiators; or during hot summer periods, when very high room temperatures cause heat absorption and heat emission for radiators.
Fair metering – only consumption is recorded
Brunata takes a radically different view: That all absorption and emission of heating energy must be metered in order to correctly identify the emission emanating from the heating system. The Brunata Futura allocator is the world’s most accurate heat consumption allocator as it is capable of distinguishing between different types of heat emission and heat absorption. All heat emission is recorded, but only the emission emanating from the heating system is recorded as consumption.
