In the village of Kapatovo, Brunata has installed photovoltaic cells that produce enough electricity to run 35 apartments. In the town of Razlog, Brunata has built a biofuel district heating plant, which provides the local hospital with heating produced from wood chips and wood waste. This way Brunata not only helps reduce CO₂ emission directly. Brunatas experience from the projects can also provide valuable information which can be used in the future development of production of sustainable energy.
